Building collapse and concrete abuse were among our prime motivation behind setting up the company, we believe Nigerians can do concrete better given the opportunities. We started-of with concrete factory in Arepo Ogun State, where electric concrete poles and concrete element for drainages were pre-casted and sold. These were done diligently to the admiration of many customers among Odi Olowo Ojuwoye LCDA chairman in 2007, where we had the first opportunity to construct concrete drainages in Giwa and Kadiri street at Fadeyi area, within the LCDA … at a time when block walls were popular for drainage construction. It was outstanding. A remarkable delivery on those drainage projects lead to a bigger opportunity with Lagos state government. Our company delivered a kilometer of road, which as per last count (twelve years later) was standing tall in Kasali Oluwo street, Epe. Similarly, our concrete poles became a trade mark in electricity distribution and sold widely to different communities in Lagos and Ogun state. We supplied numeral estates among Voera, Journalist … and uncountable others. Our products were supplied with self-loading trucks of different sizes. Main-while, I - Concrete metamorphosized from Detonato limited, mechanical and electrical engineering company which has its footprint in Zenith bank, GT bank, Fcmb, Eco bank, Diamond bank, Three Arms hotels and so on. Inclusive Concrete and Eng Limited is established to be a major player in concrete and construction work. This led to the acquisition of major concrete equipment as: concrete pump … capable of delivering concrete on ten floor, concrete cutting machine, concrete screeding machine, poker vibrators, self-loading concrete mixers, self-loading trucks, and other concrete equipment. We have since moved into building construction and renovation, road construction and renovation, and estate development. We enjoyed patronage from government ( Lagos state government, Oyo state government, Odi Olowo Ojuwoye LCDA) and private sectors (Vitafoam plc, Multitrex plc, Diamond bank plc, G Cappa plc, Gt bank plc, Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Coleman wire and cable among others).
